A gas station attendant lost a three-day fight for his life on Tuesday after being stabbed in Roslyn Heights on Halloween, Nassau police said.
Sixth Precinct officers responded to Gulf gas station on Powerhouse Road where they found Jony Acosta, 26, of Albertson, on the floor of the location suffering from multiple stab wounds at 10:43 p.m. on Oct. 31.
Acosta was taken to North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset where he was treated, but he died on Tuesday morning, according to Homicide Squad detectives.
