Shamefully, this sounds like the all too familiar case of making excuses before the facts are in. Why is it that most time a woman kills or beats her husband or partner, her defense is being set up in the very first Newsday article. Double-standards are killing this country one man at a time. I am new at the L.I. Press website and am holding out hope that the articles are a bit more objective. So far, so good.
