Sex Offender Arrested in Malverne

A sex offender was arrested Friday in Malverne for failing to register his address with New York State authorities, Nassau police said. arrest1-300x225

Malverne police arrested Charles J. Tuzzolo, 48, a Level II sex offender who was living at 49 Gold Pl., was charged with two counts of failing to register an address change and failing to notify the state that he established an e-mail address. 

Tuzzolo was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.  He will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Friday.
