How did you get into this business?
We have been masters of making sushi since 2001. So it was only natural that we would open a sushi restaurant that also serves hibachi-style cooking and special types of Japanese food.
What is your favorite memory of doing business on LI?
We came into Farmingdale so that the community could experience real authentic Japanese food. We cook in front of our customers, which is very different. The hibachi style of cooking is fun for the whole family and to great way to celebrate any special occasion.
How are you different from your competition?
We always use fresh products and the finest ingredients. We not only have hibachi but a full sushi menu, thai food, a full bar and karaoke every Friday and Saturday night.
What is your best selling item?
Our hibachi is the finest on Long Island.
