		<description><![CDATA[Here&#039;s a perfect example of how spending every penny we have on the &quot;stimulus&quot; package has left us without the resources for truly necessary, worthy Government spending. Mr. Bishop can rightly beg and plead, but because of his previous votes, the most that can happen is that the needed money is again borrowed from China and Japan, as we step ever closer to a bankrupt America. Perhaps we should repeal the foolishly wasteful Recovery Act and wisely spend only when necessary. Keep in mind, this year the Federal Government will collect $2 trillion and spend $3.5 trillion, adding to the already $12 trillion in debt, with no end in sight.
