A man who admitted killing his landlord in 2006 and hiding the body in a Long Island cesspool has been sentenced to 21 years in prison.
Jaime Rosario had pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in June.
Nicolo Caietta of Mastic Beach had been missing for nearly two years before police found his remains.
